What spaces can you rent?
- The AC banquet hall: an enclosed, air-conditioned hall for ceremonies, seated dinners, corporate sessions and anything that must not depend on the weather.
- The open lawn: an outdoor space for receptions, sangeet nights, buffets and gatherings that feel better under the sky.
We share guest numbers for each space on request, based on your layout, so you get an honest figure for your event rather than a headline number.
Hall or lawn: how do they compare?
Neither space is better; they suit different events. This is how we explain the difference to families and companies:
- Weather The hall works in every season. The lawn is lovely on dry evenings and needs a rain plan in the monsoon.
- Time of day The hall stays comfortable through hot afternoons. The lawn comes into its own after sunset.
- Mood The hall feels formal and focused, good for rituals and presentations. The lawn feels open and festive.
- Layouts The hall suits stages, mandaps, theatre and classroom seating. The lawn suits buffets, lounges and open dance floors.
Banquet hall, party hall, function hall or marriage hall?
The names overlap, and one venue often answers to several of them. What matters is whether the space suits your function. This is what people usually mean by each name, and which of our two spaces fits:
| Name | What people usually mean | Which of our spaces suits it |
|---|---|---|
| Banquet hall | An enclosed room built for events, with seating, a stage and food service arranged around the function | The AC banquet hall |
| Party hall | A hall hired for a celebration such as a birthday, an anniversary or a kitty party | The AC banquet hall, or the open lawn on a dry evening |
| Function hall | A hall for family functions such as a naming ceremony, a pooja or an engagement | The AC banquet hall |
| Marriage hall (mangal karyalay) | A hall for the wedding rituals and the wedding meal, with room for a mandap | The AC banquet hall for the rituals, with the open lawn for a reception or dinner |
| Lawn | An open-air space for receptions, sangeet nights and buffets | The open lawn, with the hall as the indoor fallback |
Can you rent both spaces for one event?
Yes. A wedding might hold the pheras in the hall and the dinner on the lawn; a company might run sessions indoors and the awards night outside. Using both also gives an outdoor plan a ready indoor fallback. We plan the movement of guests and the timing of food service between the two with you.
