Who is this page for?
Wedding planners shortlisting venues for a couple, event agencies running a launch or an annual day for a client, and admin or HR teams who organise company events alongside their day job. You are juggling several vendors and a client who wants answers quickly, so what you need from a venue is clear facts, quick replies and no surprises on the day.
How do we work with planners?
What planners usually need from a venue:
- Site visits Walk the hall and the lawn during 9:30 AM to 8 PM, every day, alone first or with your client.
- A venue fact sheet Every confirmed detail on one page: the venue fact sheet, ready to drop into a proposal deck.
- Written answers Anything not on the fact sheet, we answer in writing, so you never pass on a detail we have not confirmed.
- Shared timelines Send your run sheet and we align set-up, food service and changeovers to it.
- Vendor coordination We agree load-in times and venue rules with your decor, AV and other vendors in writing.
What should you check before pitching the venue to a client?
We have one AC banquet hall and one open lawn. In-house catering. Outside caterers are allowed with prior approval. Alcohol is allowed with the required licence or permit. Music is allowed till 10 PM. The other timings for each event are agreed in writing. Anything not on the fact sheet, ask us and we answer in writing rather than let you promise your client something we have not confirmed.
For weddings, see wedding venue; for company events, corporate events; for food, catering; and for decor planning, decoration.
How do planners work with us today?
Every planner gets the same honest process: a proposal in writing, and your client's date secured only when we confirm it in writing with the terms.
