This website gives general information about Balkrishna Banquets, Sr.no 92, 10, Mundhwa Rd, Koregaon Park Annexe, Mundhwa, Pune, Maharashtra 411036. We work to keep it accurate, but details such as menus, set-ups and venue rules can change, and what applies to your event is what we confirm to you in writing. Nothing on the website is an offer that can be accepted as a booking.

The text and photos on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy the content or photos for commercial use without asking us.

No. Sending a form, a WhatsApp message, an e-mail or making a call is an enquiry. It does not secure a date or create a contract. A date is secured only when we confirm it to you in writing, together with the terms for your event.

• Quotes are in writing. Each quote sets out the space, the services, the timings, the payment schedule and the other terms for your event.
• Confirmations are in writing. The written confirmation and its terms are the agreement between you and us; anything said on a call or a site visit is settled only when it is written into them.
• Venue rules come with the quote. Rules on timings, alcohol (which needs the required licence or permit), decor and outside suppliers are shared with your quote so you see them before you commit.

A 10% advance confirms your booking. The rest of the payment schedule and the other terms are set out in your written quote and confirmation.

Music is allowed till 10 PM. This applies to the hall and the lawn; the other timings for your event are agreed in writing.
