Why hold an offsite inside the city?
A resort offsite means a long road trip, overnight stays and a day lost to travel. For many teams the point of an offsite is simply to get out of the office, sit together without distractions and end the day on a good note. A venue in Mundhwa, East Pune does that while letting people go home the same night, which also makes it easier for colleagues with family commitments to attend.
What does an offsite day look like here?
Every team runs it differently, but a typical plan we build with organisers is:
Morning: arrive and settle in.
Tea and breakfast, then the leadership update or the strategy session in the AC banquet hall.
Midday: working lunch.
A short lunch so momentum carries into the afternoon break-outs.
Afternoon: break-outs and team time.
Group discussions in the hall, or an outdoor activity on the lawn run by your facilitator.
Evening: dinner on the lawn.
Awards, music within the agreed timings, and dinner under the sky to close the day.
Using both spaces for one offsite
The AC banquet hall takes care of the serious part of the day. The open lawn gives the team room to move and a relaxed setting for the evening. In the monsoon we plan the outdoor parts with a fallback indoors. Tell us your AV and seating needs; we confirm what is provided and what your AV vendor brings.
Music is allowed till 10 PM. The other timings for your evening are agreed in writing in the proposal.
Food, drinks and getting everyone there
In-house catering. Outside caterers are allowed with prior approval. Menus are shared on request; see catering. Alcohol is allowed with the required licence or permit.
If you are running a company bus or cabs from the office, tell us when they leave and we plan the welcome around it. Share the how-to-reach page with the team. Billing, GST invoices and the proposal steps are on the corporate events page.
