How is a quote built?

Six things shape every quote we send:

The event. A wedding, a birthday and a training day need very different set-ups and timings.
The date. Weekends and the wedding season are planned differently from weekdays.
The guest count. A rough number is enough to start; the final count shapes the food and the seating.
The menu. In-house catering. Outside caterers are allowed with prior approval. Menus are shared on request.
The decor. We plan the decor with you and confirm in writing what applies to your date.
The space. The AC banquet hall, the open lawn, or both.

How to get a quote

Send us the basics through the enquiry page or on WhatsApp, and we reply same day (next morning if after 8 PM). Your quote arrives in writing, with the payment schedule and terms, so you can compare it properly. See how booking works.

Do you have fixed wedding or birthday packages?

Not published ones. We quote for your event so you only pay for what you actually need.

Can we get a quote for a set budget?

Yes. Share your budget range with the enquiry and we suggest a menu and set-up that fits it, in writing.

Does the quote include food, decor and the space together?

Your written quote lists everything it covers, item by item, so you can see what is included and compare it properly.
